How CoCo Works​

CoCo is a Smart Assistant that leverages natural language processing (NLP) to comprehend your queries and deliver accurate responses. Designed to interact with you in a conversational style, CoCo makes it effortless to ask questions, seek information, and receive guidance on a broad range of topics pertaining to IoT devices and data.

Here's a breakdown of how CoCo operates:

  • Natural Language Understanding: There's no need to employ technical jargon. Simply express yourself in a natural manner, and CoCo will comprehend your request. For instance, if you ask, "Why is my smart thermostat malfunctioning?" CoCo will grasp your query and begin diagnosing the issue.

  • Proactive Notifications: If any anomalies occur with your IoT devices, such as a sensor failure or erratic behavior from your smart lights, CoCo will promptly notify you. You might receive an alert stating, "There's a problem with your outdoor camera—it's not recording properly."

  • Swift Information Retrieval: Require assistance with your devices? Just ask! For example, if you need to reset your smart lock but can't recall the procedure, you can inquire, "How do I reset my smart lock?" CoCo will guide you through the steps outlined in the manual or provide a concise explanation.

  • Clarifying Questions: If CoCo doesn't fully understand your query or requires additional context to provide an accurate response, it will ask follow-up questions for clarification. For example, if you say, "What's wrong with my smart thermostat?" CoCo might ask, "Which thermostat are you referring to?"
