Service Stopped Working
The Service Stopped Working incident is triggered when a service becomes potentially unavailable. The service is considered to be working if it is in a healthy status. The incident is triggered when the service remains in an unhealthy status for more than one minute. The incident is automatically resolved when the service returns to a healthy state.
